Beautiful guiding through perfect powder with nice people
We were picked up at the hotel, had nice chats and drove to Asahidake. Together with another couple and our two guides. This made a relaxed atmosphere. We started skiing all together and divided up when paces of skiing differed a little more. In the morning as well as in the afternoon, we were guided to perfect untouched snow. We could take very much from that day with perfect snow conditions. In addition, we got very good advice on where to ski the next day. Recommendation!

Exceeded all expectations
We visited Furano and wanted to hook up with a knowledgeable local guide for the three of us. One son is a superb skier, I’m a less good snowboarder and second son an improving skier, so we were a mixed bunch!
Stupidly we booked late but got a recommendation for Pat at Ninja Powder who had some availability (they seem very popular, so probably best to book ahead though we were lucky short notice).
I’m so pleased we found Pat because it absolutely made our trip. He’s such a friendly guy as are the small team that work with him… he snowboards and most of the test of the team ski so we were well catered for and I was relieved that he made allowances for our mixed abilities.

Three days of great guiding
Based in Furano we had three very different days in the experienced hands of HOA, Touring and lift access the founds is some amazing snow. We will be back

I had my first taste of x-country skiing with Andre in Furano; downhill skiing in Kamui with Felix, snow -shoeing up Asahidake with Felix and then another x- country session at Asahidake. Love all our time with team Ninja Powder. Thanks for a great experience!

Powder progression!
Hung with the friendly team from Ninja Powder last year, and then returned last week for a few days of powder progression- moving to pow from pisted skiing. Fab days on Kamui Links and then blower powder on Asahidake last Saturday. Never thought i’d be good enough for pow so fast. Felix was great both as a guide and instructor. Will return to get better !Andre showed my Wife ,who’s a noob at XC, the basics of XC skiing.Great local knowledge on where all the powder stashes are! Punctual pickups and so helpful . Signup!
